Brown noise has the deepest sounding frequencies of the color noises (white, pink, and brown). Brown noise, also called Brownian noise, can help you sleep, promotes relaxation, and improves focus. Adding the 528Hz tone barely audible above the frequencies takes it to another level because of the known benefits of the 528Hz tone, also known as the miracle frequency.
Since brown noise uses deeper frequencies, it is best listened to on headphones or speakers, including Bluetooth speakers. Some phones and tablets can handle the frequencies well, too. Brown noise is widely regarded as the most soothing of the sleep noises.
