Caleb has no more chemo this week. We went in for a quick injection of vincristine yesterday and have to go back on Thursday to check his counts. Caleb has done well this week. He has not been very sick at all.
We did find out that we will have a one week break between his two stays in the hospital. We go in Monday for one week of inpatient treatment, followed by having spring break off except to go in one day to check counts. Then we have the week after spring break back in the hospital. Holly is taking off two days next week and two days the week after spring break. It will be an interesting few weeks trying to work everything out with trips back and forth and taking care of Joshua and taking care of things you normally take for granted.
We still have several months of treatments to go and appreciate the love, support, and prayers of everyone following our journey. Somehow we have made it this far and trust the Lord will carry us all the way through. We could not do it without you guys. Thanks for being there for us and for listening to me ramble on this blog!
Psalm 23:4 – Even when I walk through the darkest valley,I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.
